Kitchen Details

The kitchen renovation is still very much a work-in-progress.  Things are definitely still more torn apart than they are put back together, and we'd been racing around trying to finish necessary things before the countertops arrived.  Without showing too much too soon, here's a sneak-peak:

And we have some electricity now too!  Enough to hang this Restoration Hardware beauty (still impressed it's survived, unbroken, in all this chaos):

And we even have a working drawer.  Hey, everything in it's clean and one working drawer out of 6 is better than none!

And dining room lights have been selected.  Instead of spending a fortune on one large-sized fixture, we settled on three oversized vintage-inspired pendants.  Way more bang for way less.
